2. Hosting and server logs

This website is provided via Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated) and its cloud infrastructure providers. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system) to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

3. Google Ads conversion tracking with Consent Mode

We use Google Ads conversion tracking by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to measure whether our ads work (e.g. clicks on Uber Eats, directions in Google Maps, calls, menu views).

The Google tag only loads and cookies are only set after you click “Accept” in the banner. Without consent, no connection to Google is made. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.

Data processed includes online identifiers, IP address, device and browser information, and click and conversion data. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We store your choice in the cookie “noys_consent” for 6 months, plus a record (time, choice, notice version) in your browser.

You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or here: Cookie settings.

4. External links

Our site links to Uber Eats, Google Maps and Instagram. You only leave our website when you click such a link; the provider's privacy policy then applies.

5. Newsletter

Our newsletter uses double opt-in: after signing up you receive an email to confirm. We store your email address and the time of sign-up and confirmation as proof. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to hello@getnoys.com.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). Write to hello@getnoys.com.
